Drop the Fish are a five piece band from Salisbury who perform covers with attitude, having a bit of fun with the tunes we all know and love from Thin Lizzy and AC/DC, to Snow Patrol and Kings Of Leon.

Equally at home in the pub or on the party stage, the band always work hard to ensure their audiences have a good time, whatever the size of the venue.

These guys deliver their music with an energy and exhuberance that must be experienced.

Prepare to 'rock till ya drop'.

30/12/2011: Happy New Year to everyone who's supported us in 2011, we've had a blast. It's been the busiest Drop the Fish year so far! We're looking forward to 2012 and our first gig at The Greyfisher on 1st January, in aid of the great Lucy's Days Out charity. 07/10/2011: Wow, sickness hit us for two weeks, wipe out! Resting up ready to have a blast at The Duck in Laverstock on 8th. Listen out for two new songs in the set - the one by The Specials and the one by The Rolling Stones. See you there.

29/09/2011: Sickness alert!! Members are dropping like flies as a fluey sickness bug thing sweeps through the band. Not very rock'n'roll we know but even rock gods get sick. We're only human after all. ^{[citation needed]}

22/09/2011: Two in a row. We played Winterslow last Friday then Langford on Saturday. Big up to everyone who came to suppport the Charities at Winterslow Village Hall or who shared a good time with the Fish at the Langford Beer Festival. Special hello to those who were at both - we love ya!
